A company is looking for a Regional Demand Planner.Key Responsibilities:Accountable for rolling 12 months forecast accuracy and quality using standard metricsConduct monthly global demand forecasting meetings with Regional Sales Leaders to ensure accurate market intelligence captureEvaluate forecast quality by analyzing historical sales trends and demand drivers while supporting Demand Planning excellence initiativesRequired Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of related Supply Chain experienceStrong leadership and change management skillsHigh proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/Supply Chain software (e.g., SAP/APO, Kinaxis) preferredStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently under general supervision
