Accountabilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives across various teams.

Represent the Protocols organization to senior leadership and partners.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, including leadership experience.

Strong background in blockchain, DeFi, or associated ecosystems.

Proven track record in multi-quarter product strategy execution.

Technical background or ability to engage deeply in architecture discussions.

Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex ideas.

Empathy and adaptability in team interactions.
