Position Purpose: Leadec Industrial Services is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our mission is to partner with industrial manufacturers by delivering manufacturing support services that have made a measurable improvement in our customers' quality uptime and total cost.
Key duties include safely operating machinery. Operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move. Loading and unloading.

Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
One year of industrial and janitorial experience is preferred.
Tow motors experience.
Forklift experience.
Logistics experience.
Assembly line experience.
Paint application experience.
Flexible schedule - willing to work unscheduled overtime, and sometimes weekends
Dependable - Will be at work on time each day.
Work in varying conditions, including high humidity and fast-paced environments.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work without direct supervision.
Follows work instructions.
Reliable transportation.

Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
