Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Prepare aircraft components for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface preparation.; Apply primer and topcoat finishes to aircraft components using spray guns and other industrial painting tools in a controlled paint-booth environment.; Work to aviation quality standards, ensuring all painted components meet tight tolerances and precise finish requirements.; Follow established procedures and work instructions consistent with a Part 145 repair station or MRO environment.; Inspect painted components for defects, perform touch-ups as needed, and ensure high-quality, uniform finishes.
