Title: Construction Project Manager - CRE (Commercial Real Estate)

Duration: Part-Time to Full Time 12 Month Contract w/ Extensions

Location: (Houston, Dallas, or Austin)

Pay: $60-100/hr

Shift: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday On-Site)

Travel: Once a Week

The first month will start out part time (20 hours a week, then with projects ramping up it will turn into full time)

Insight Global is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support a leading aviation client across a multi-airport territory spanning Texas and Arizona. This is a client-facing role focused on full-cycle project oversight—from design through activation—within airport terminal and infrastructure environments.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of experience in Project Management or Civil Engineering, ideally within the Aviation/Airline industry.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate or airport terminal construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel weekly across assigned airport locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage airport construction projects, including pavement and asphalt construction/reconstruction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including Airport Authorities and State Aviation Agencies.
• Support Capital Improvement Program (CIP) initiatives and ensure alignment with client standards and expectations.
• Coordinate across design, architecture, and construction teams; oversee scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct stakeholder presentations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
