Provides first class customer service, courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types. Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner. Shares responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment. Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment. Observes and addresses potential environmental hazards and risks. Maintains and promotes professionalism. Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics. Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards. May provide break coverage for others as assigned. May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit. Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc. Maintains files, logs, and records. Communicates via radio per division and position protocols. Communicates with other team members, departments, guests and management. Shares general and important information. Listens to others. Follows divisional, departmental and organizational protocols. Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information. Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc. Prepares incidents reports. Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets based on assigned duty station: May guard facility entrances - controlling access and alarming others as necessary. Escorts patrons or guests. Escorts/monitors drop team and money carts when assigned to gaming facility. May prepare temporary visitor IDs. Responds to security breaches. Executes internal and external patrols of assigned areas and locations. Monitors opening and closing machines for routine repairs and maintenance when assigned to gaming facility. Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff, direct supervisor or next level manager. All other duties as assigned. Pay will depend on experience. No experience required, willing to train. Hours will vary between 30-38 hours per week, various shifts available.
