Summary

First State Bank's Treasury Management Department is responsible for providing excellent customer service and back-office support for First State Bank's business-related products and services, such as, ACH Origination, Business Online Banking, Online Wires, ICS/CDARS, Merchant Services, Positive Pay, Public Funds, Remote Deposit Capture, and RemitPlus Services. This department is also responsible for the daily processing of Lockbox items.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers of the Treasury Management Department

  • Receives and processes Treasury Management cases sent electronically

  • Provide general service and support by phone regarding various Treasury Management services

  • Receives and processes Lockbox items

  • Prepares and provides notification and correspondence to customers

  • Calls and visits target customers to promote and sell established products and services

  • Participate in selected civic activities to promote growth and development in the community and a positive image for the bank as approved by management

  • Verifies daily, weekly & monthly reports as assigned

  • Properly document customer activity through Bank's CRM to ensure all information is archived accurately

  • Coordinates with Officers regarding Treasury Management limit increases

  • Assist with Treasury Management Risk Assessments with Servicing Officers and the BSA Department

  • Assist with audits and exams as requested

  • Attend daily check-in calls to help ensure that all items in the Treasury Management queue are handled in a timely manner

  • Presents Treasury Management topics at weekly TM/employee/officer/branch meetings as requested by management
