Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in a timely manner, taking into account server sections and reservations. Manage the waitlist effectively, providing accurate wait times and regularly updating guests on their status. Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure a seamless transition between seating and service. Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed to support the flow of guests. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.
