Responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing high-pressure combination cleaners and quick response truck. Work is performed with considerable independence under general supervision and is reviewed for results produced. Essential Functions and Other Important Duties Essential Functions:As first in command on flushing truck crew directs the operation of all equipment associated with jet sewer cleaning equipment in accordance with relevant safety procedures. Performs procedures for the proper and safe repair, maintenance, and cleaning of sewers through the safe and efficient use of jet sewer cleaning equipment. Completes routine maintenance and repairs as necessary to obtain maximum use of jet sewer cleaning equipment. Maintains, repairs, and operates high-pressure water pumps and vacuum pipe equipment.
