Join us in creating an environment that fosters personal growth and allows you to be your best self.QualificationsWe're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Pool Technician.* CPO license not needed, will train to obtain license in the future.* Knowledge of pumps, motors and related equipment necessary.* Needs to be familiar with pool chemistry and equipment calibration.* This is an early morning shift, five days a week.* Must be availabe for weekends and holiday work.* Schedule will flex around seasons and business.* This is a permanent position with benefits.* Basic electrical and mechanical skills necessary.* Must be good with people, friendly and neat in appearance.* Pay will commensurate with experience.Physical Requirements and Working Environment* Manual dexterity of hand and fine motor skills in order to carry tools and equipment, ability to use all types of maintenance tools,ie., hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, hoses.clamps, shovels, etc......* Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push/pull goods up to 50 lbs or a maximum of 200 lbs on a hand cart/truck.* Ability to strictly follow all sanitation, safety and cleaning schedules practicing clean-as-you-go techniques.* Mainly Outdoor locations for all water features standing on hard floors, grass and soil covered areas. Work entails varying conditions of noise levels, temperature, and air humidity levels.
