Position Overview: As a Line Cook with Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality dishes that delight our patrons. Your commitment to culinary excellence will enhance our guests' dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members for timely meal preparation and service.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs effectively.
• Assist in menu development and special event catering.
• Work efficiently during peak service times in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions: You'll be standing and working in a kitchen for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and facing moderate to high noise levels while managing heat from kitchen elements.
