What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and debug software for new and existing products with a focus on reliability applications

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Demonstrated experience in statistical reliability methods such as life data analysis and degradation modeling
- Strong programming skills and experience implementing statistical algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic development environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JMP, R, Matlab, or C++
- Applied experience in engineering or manufacturing settings
- Experience publishing or presenting research in statistical reliability or related fields
