Overview

We are seeking a creative and social-savvy Social Media Videographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an influencer-style approach to content creationsomeone who thrives on producing fresh, engaging video content specifically designed for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and storyboard social-first video concepts aligned with marketing creative briefs.
• Produce, film, and edit videos on site.
• Deliver high-quality edited videos for review and approval.
• Collaborate with the art director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to refine concepts.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong filming and editing skills with an eye for compelling, on-trend content.
• Highly communicative, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple rounds of revisions.
• Comfortable working on-site and engaging in team collaboration.

Location: Hershey, PA (on-site 3 days/week) Schedule: Part-Time, 20-30 hours/week Compensation Range: $50 - 56 per hour
