Job Posting: Remote Call Center Representatives

We're hiring! We are looking for 20+ remote call center representatives. Location: Texas or Arizona (excluding Houston). Contract: through January. Start dates: October 10th.

Job duties:

• Deliver premium customer service via phone
• Build strong customer relationships
• Communicate effectively and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience
• (Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face, or Call Center)
• Typing speed: 40 WPM
• Internet: Hard-wired high-speed (50 Mbps download)

Work environment:

• 100% remote
• Must reside in Texas or Arizona (not Houston)
• Schedule: Must be available for any shift during hours of operation
• Hours of operation: MonSun, 8 AM7 PM CST

Pay: $16$16.50/hr

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
