Architectural Designer

Will utilize Revit to create designs in 2d and 3d. Coordinate with project teams and engineering personnel. Draws finished designs from sketches. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations. Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data. Writes reports and specifications. Estimating 40-45 hrs per week Hours: Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday Workplace flexibility. Can offer fully remote or onsite work, depending on location!! Contract - can work anywhere, be remote. Contract to hire - must live by one of local offices. Must haves: + 5+ years of experience in Revit design. + Strong experience in commercial architecture and design. + Proficiency in creating construction documents using Revit. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
