APTIM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Coastal Engineering Program Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead our Texas Coastal Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coastal Engineering, Flood Control, Waterway Structures, Waterfront Design, or other similar areas, with a strong understanding of how to sell into existing Government IDI - Qs and leverage APTIM's past performance in the Coastal Field to drive business winning. Client relationships and familiarity with the Texas marketplace including clients, competitors, and politics are necessary for success. The role requires the candidate to be the driver of new business and lead excellence in execution within the State of Texas.
