Position Summary

As a Project Engineer within our Program Services Group, you will support project execution across a range of critical infrastructure projects—primarily focused on data centers and other high-performance facilities. This entry-level position is designed to develop future leaders in project management, field supervision, or estimating, with hands-on involvement in planning, coordination, documentation, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Support daily field coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and drawings.
  • Contribute to structured testing and inspection programs, including concrete, cabling, and MEP systems.
  • Track budgets, procurement logs, and schedules; assist with progress reporting and documentation.
  • Coordinate with estimating teams during preconstruction for scope reviews and bid packages.
  • Utilize project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera) to manage workflows and documentation.
  • Ensure site compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction or program services; data center experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with submittal/RFI/change order workflows, structured cabling, and jobsite documentation systems.
  • Proficiency in software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Work Conditions

  • May involve working on active construction sites with outdoor exposure.
  • Requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasional travel to project sites.
