Job Details

• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Coordinate closely with operations to keep projects on track
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
• Set and manage budgets to ensure project profitability
• Complete and file all required contracts, permits, and forms
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and accounting procedures
• Develop and enforce Site Safety Plans, lead toolbox safety meetings
• Participate in safety investigations to identify and mitigate risks
• Direct daily project activities and manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Resolve project conflicts professionally and effectively
• Maintain top-tier service standards and drive customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and business partners

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' construction experience (commercial preferred)
• Required: Extensive knowledge of heavy reconstruction projects
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of project workflow procedures and systems
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must live in Austin or within an hour commute
• Minimum age: 21, with 3+ years of verifiable driving experience
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Up to 30 days)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No repeated seatbelt or high-speed violations
