Description:

Executive Project Manager - Central Texas

We're hiring an Executive Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex advanced manufacturing facility in Texas. This high-visibility project demands a seasoned construction leader who can manage large-scale, highly regulated environments from design through turnover—driving coordination, quality, and performance at every phase.

You'll serve as the bridge between owners, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders—ensuring successful execution across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes with a focus on high-spec utility systems, clean environments, and tight compliance standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full lifecycle execution: planning, procurement, design coordination, construction, and commissioning
  • Oversee field operations, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with trades and consultants across complex scopes—especially HVAC, utility piping, and clean room systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, internal QA/QC protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Review constructability and manage design coordination via AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and governing bodies
  • Drive procurement activities, oversee cost controls, and produce consistent project reporting
  • Champion safety culture alongside site-specific safety teams

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of total construction experience, including 5+ years on technically demanding or high-spec facility builds
  • Proficiency in design interpretation (P&IDs, shop drawings) and digital coordination platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)
  • Proven track record leading large teams and subcontractors across complex field operations
  • Strong working knowledge of QA/QC documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports
  • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CM-Lean, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with projects based in Texas
  • Background working with international or multicultural project teams
