A leading engineering firm is seeking a Regional Water Leader to develop, lead, and grow a high-performing team in Austin. This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and delivering civil engineering solutions in water resources, water/wastewater treatment, transportation, and stormwater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the DFW civil engineering team.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the region.
• Build and maintain long-term client and industry relationships.
• Oversee large-scale civil engineering projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Principal.
• Ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• 10+ years of experience in water resources, wastewater, transportation, or stormwater engineering.
• Strong expertise in project management, business development, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, risk management, and safety standards.
