Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of K-12 construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with state, district, and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in K-12 or public sector construction project management.

• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
