Position Overview:
They are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, and vendor relationship management, along with a solid understanding of DFAR, FAR, and ITAR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities across multiple programs and product lines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage supplier performance, contract negotiations, and long-term vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including DFAR, FAR, and ITAR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Oversee inventory levels and support demand planning to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with DFAR/FAR/ITAR regulations is essential.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
