As a Early Childcare Director at Guiding Hands Christian Academy, you'll ensure the Texas minimum standards, Texas Rising Star, and Guiding Hands Policies and Procedures are in compliance. You'll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child by coaching and assisting the teachers.

We teach about God, our creator, as well as social/emotional skills and age appropriate development. The two curriculums that we teach from are "Faith Stories" and "Frog Street" with Conscious Discipline. We run our program under the following values: Family, Fun, Integrity, Compassion and Learning. - Document observations and coaching of teachers
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families and teachers on a daily basis

- Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
- Two years of previous experience in a licensed early childcare center
- One year of previous experience as a leader in a licensed early childcare center
- Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
- Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Director's Credentials
