• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee audit programs, staff scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar audit leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience with government and employee benefit plan (EBP) audits
• Public accounting firm experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
